You know the sad part...only the really close people to me know when my birthday is...and they acknowledge it. Others...well, I keep getting the constant, "Wait, that's your birthday? No, no...the actual day of your birthday...." You know why I throw parties for myself? Cuz no one else would...no one else would acknowledge it...

That makes me sad...

Tell me, can you stand the rain?

I hate rainy days...rain is everything that is opposite of me because the days are gloomy, and gray, and not very fun...I hate that icky smell of earthworms crushed on the concrete sidewalk...I like sunny days where wearing shorts and a tank top and flip flops make sense...There is no sun when rainy days come...I think the lack of sun fucks up people's minds and leaves us feeling the gloomy weather internally. I know I felt it...I felt that depression lurk inside me and I hated it.

Yesterday was Scott's birthday...I drove to his place at night in the rain...it wasn't fun driving there but the warmness of the conversation within the walls was delightful...who would have known that it was 2 in the morning...

Yeah, 4th years...we represent the newbies to the legal 21 responsibilities and lack there of.

I think reading Allen Ginsberg for class is fucking me over too...his weird non sensical poetry creeps me out...saints and seraphims compared to whores and druggies and rapists...or maybe I'm just missing the point of it all...maybe, just maybe.

On another note, I asked the roomies if I could have a party here next week on my birthday because no one else will do anything for my birthday and why should I let my big 2 1 go without a celebration? The sad part was the last roomies response to my request: "Oh, so are you having your club friends over for no reason?" *sad* no reason...yes, my birthday is no particular reason anymore...I know she didn't mean it but hey, it still hurts...
