Double Indemnity

I finished my first book for my class last night. It is called Double Indemnity, some of you all probably have watched the movie. I haven't yet. But yeah, it's crazy to think of killing off someone for money. It's saddening and frightening that some people are capable of doing something like that. I just cringe at the thought of plotting and then carrying out such a heinous crime. But yeah, that's what the story is about killing for money...for love or the illusion of love...then, overall, how to cover up your tracks. I wouldn't be able to ever do such a thing. I'd be too riddled with guilt to live with myself. If I ever did think up something like that it would probably be for a book plot...my rediscovery of reading has sent me into overdrive and has reminded me of why I love writing...to make stuff up like this and just have everyone craving to reach the end of the book just to know what happens. I guess it's the same way I see my life...I wish for all those around me to crave and anticipate every moment...be so anxious that you just keep pushing forward. I want something more from it all.

So yesterday, I took off to Canoga park to pick up Ron and his neighbor Aaron to take em to the bball game. So yeah, round trip driving on the real. Bought some gatorade and snacks for the team. Wow, their game was crazy. First half was a mauling by the other team. Then, the second half was a mauling by SOC!!! GO BLUE! Yea,,, they came back for the victory. They came together. But yeah...bought some Jack in the crack for aaron and ron before heading home. Well, upon arrival when I got home, someone was parked in my spot AGAIN! I really hate that shit! SO, I got them towed. Yeah, I know that it is mean but seriously, I don't wanna come home at around midnight trying to wander the streets to find street parking. That isn't cool. I parked on the street though...I'm parked in the spare spot right now but I'm going to move my car out later to my spot. I'm debating if I'm going out tonight. I really really really want to clean up my room and the apt. OMG! hehe I just waiting for the rest of my books to come in so I can study. Yes, I said study! hehe i wanna do well.

So I must of put the time wrong in my clock cuz I woke up thinking it was 9:45 when it was actually 8:45 and so now I have all the time in the world to get ready for class although I'm sleepy as can be. I feel like just getting ready, go back to sleep and then yeah, do my make up when I get up.

Stupid shit last night:
So I drive to Canoga Park to drop off Ron when I suggest we go to Denny's (right on the corner from his house) to get him lunch for today. So yeah, u know me...thought to go meant faster service...so yeah, I order, charge it to my card, signed the receipt and the guy gives me a receipt. So we wait a good 10-15 mins after that when the same worker who took my order leans over the counter and asks me in an annoyed voice, "Your receipt!? Where's your receipt?" So I got up and took out the receipt from my wallet that he had given me and showed him it at the counter. He said, "No no no! The receipt you signed!" I looked at him in a not so nice facial expression and said, "I gave it to you and you gave me this receipt in return!" Then it hit me, he must have lost my receipt. cuz I gave it to him...so have I been waiting here for nothing? And then a to go order comes up behind me...some older guy who looks like the manager and I look at him and overhear him say "BLT". I didn't order a BLT...so ron and I look at each other and we knew they had fucked up because we were the only to go order there. The worker who had lost my receipt asked me how much the receipt said the meal costed and I showed him and told him...and he kept looking and then he asked me what had I ordered. I told him my order again and he inputted it to the register and I saw him print out the receipt. Ron said, "Are you tellin me that you are barely putting our order in?" The guy said, "no, I'm just double checking what you ordered. It's coming up." YEAH, RIGHT! SO I see the guy make a mad dash to the kitchen and throw two plates into to go boxes. They had fucked up our order. So when he hands me the bag, I icely say, "Where's my coke?" The manager guy goes and gets my coke while the other worker is still trying to figure out where is my receipt. That whole fiasco took hella time. A good 30 mins at the least. ARGH!

Umm...depends what time I go to sleep...lately I'm hitting the bed at like 2-4am...I wake up at 8 but hehe I might be hitting snooze many times...we'll see what happens once summer school starts tmw

That's a tough one...I'd say my mom but then I'd give anything just to spend some time with her...

Kill Bill, vol. 2...yeah, it's been a long ass time since I've been in the theatres...

Depends if I have any already made food in the fridge...it's probably eggs, bbq, or lechon with rice or if I'm in a hurry, some pan de sal or waffles...last quarter it was basically a couple of milk n cereal bars/granola bars.

Someone I loved but couldn't be with...

I live by the beach right now...and in the city at the same time...I'm not really a country girl.

Any of em...I ain't really picky.

Dang, sometimes I get a lil crazy buying make up...I use to have too little and now I have too much. Same thing with shoes...the shoe closet is a majority of my shoes. I've only recently got into the whole bath products deal...bubble baths and facial/body scrubs...YUMMMY!

Hmmm...Lexus GS 300 or 400 or IS 300. UMMM...I use to like the Hummers...RX-7...MR-2 spyder...Prelude...

Usually I go to San Fran or Vegas...I wouldn't mind visiting NY or try out Hawaii and Florida.
